In the early morning of early autumn 2023, the ecological pond in Yuzhe Village, northern Zhejiang completed its transformation. This pond, which carries homesickness, has been eroded by industrial waste, and the water has a strange color, with a pungent smell permeating the air above the water. The "Qingyuan Pioneer Team" composed of several environmental volunteers spent dozens of days tackling the problem, using a combination of biodegradation and physical adsorption ecological restoration technology, successfully decomposing organic pollutants that had been deposited for more than ten years. After testing, the water quality has been upgraded from Class V to Class III standard, with a dissolved oxygen content of 6.8mg/L.
