At about 10:00 a.m. on April 28, the central wing pioneer rescue team received a telephone notice from leader Xu of Yongkang fishery administration law enforcement squadron to rush to Pidian village, Fangyan town. The sand truck overturned at the scene near the pond, causing diesel oil leakage in the fuel tank and flowing into the fish pond, endangering the safety of water and fish.

After receiving the information, commander Hu and captain Dong immediately started the emergency plan, and the pioneer rescue team quickly gathered more than 20 personnel within five minutes. The emergency rescue vehicle was loaded with oil physical adsorption materials and quickly set out to the scene for disposal. Team leader Xu of the comprehensive law enforcement and fishery administration of the Rural Agricultural Bureau has been on the scene to guide the maintenance of order and to carry out sampling and monitoring on the water pollution in the fish ponds.

The rescue team members carried out the treatment in an orderly and tense way. The physical adsorption drag fence with a length of more than 100 meters with self-priming function was used to block up the oil spill on the surface of the fish pond in a large area. Then gradually close to the Bank of the pond which is easy to operate, pour and spread the FG adsorption particles produced by Zhongyi company into the towing fence floating on the water surface. At this time, the adsorbed particles rapidly tend to oil pollution in the water, and the white particles become brownish red after being saturated with oil. The rescue team members stand on the shore, and then use the special bailer to pick up the oil absorption particles and put them into the recovery bags. The oil absorbing particles ashore have no paste oil stains and water seepage, and are transported back to the company for harmless treatment. It took more than 7 hours of continuous operation, and the cleaning work of the fish pond was successfully completed at 17:00 p.m. Completely physical adsorption of oil stains in fish pond. There is no oil film on the water surface by visual observation. The water in the pond is also equivalent to a purification. Not affected by the oil pollution, the fish jumped out of the water happily. The rescue activities protected the water environment and fish safety of about six acres of fish pond.

On April 12, 2020, a rollover accident of a tank car carrying about 30 tons of unknown hazardous chemicals occurred on a highway in Zhejiang Province. About 20 tons of pungent colorless and transparent liquid poured into the expressway, and the oil spilled polluted the 1500 meter canal and Shiwang pond with an area of about 5 mu. This major oil spill accident, after the pioneer rescue team of Zhongyi, adopted advanced and new scientific products and oil spill emergency disposal technology, and achieved a complete success.
