On December 11, the local county Party committee and relevant leaders convened the emergency rescue chamber of Commerce in the temporary headquarters. According to the petrochemical system experts' suggestions to the county Party committee leaders after asking for instructions from the superior, the local emergency safety supervision department immediately asked the emergency department of Yongkang City, Zhejiang Province for help. Zhejiang Zhongyi pioneer rescue team, which is rich in water environmental pollution control ability, immediately deployed excellent troops and strong generals to lead emergency special vehicles loaded with chemical pollution adsorption particles and adsorption trawlers to rescue the 1000 km Zijiang River system overnight. After more than ten hours of long-distance attack, the next morning emergency relief supplies arrived at the polluted Bank of Zijiang. The central wing pioneer rescue team was led by team leader Dong Chenfa, and consisted of five commandos, including Wang Kaifa, Hu Hongge, Hu Linhan and fan Binhao. Regardless of fatigue and rest, they immediately unloaded FG oil absorption granules, adsorption trawlers and other emergency supplies under the leadership of the emergency Bureau of the local county Party committee, together with the volunteers of the blue sky rescue team. All of us cooperated in the battle, immediately piloted the assault boat, put more than 300 meters of adsorption trawl on the wide river, and closed up the lubricating oil that polluted the river water in a large area, so as to reduce the pollutants to a controllable range. Then, the white and non-toxic FG adsorption particles were scattered in the adsorption column. Through the action mode of physical adsorption, the lubricating oil is immediately absorbed into a solid state. In this way, the rescue team members can easily salvage the chemical liquid pollutants ashore by using the bucket. After two days and nights of fighting, volunteers in Hunan and Zhejiang finally cleared it completely, restored the vast state of clean water, achieved the satisfactory effect of visual inspection without oil stains, and there were no casualties and fish poisoning accidents. It is necessary to ensure that the water environment and aquatic fish in the downstream cities along the river will not be harmed. It is estimated that the successful joint emergency rescue activities between Hunan and Zhejiang will save nearly a few million yuan in the cost of emergency supplies and talents. The Secretary of the local county Party committee and the director of the emergency response bureau have been directing the emergency disposal site in person, and after the completion of the task, they sent a letter to express their heartfelt thanks to the central wing pioneer rescue team of Yongkang City, Zhejiang Province for their help. The emergency environmental protection department of Zijiang, through the actual cooperative operation, praised the excellent performance, application and low cost of the FG adsorption products of Zhongyi. At 12 o'clock in the morning, the members of the rescue team played an active role as the vanguard of the territorial clean-up team. Under the command of the territorial emergency Bureau, the 300 meter Brown floating dragon like middle wing adsorption trawl was immediately launched. Fearing no difficulties and dangers, the team members drove two submachine boats and dragged the adsorption fence to encircle the spilled oil on the polluted water surface, and then put in FG adsorption granules in batches to block the spilled oil into a solid state to prevent spillage and diffusion until dark.
The picture shows that the spilled oil on the water surface basically gathered after it was fully absorbed on the 13th. All the team members concentrated on salvaging the spilled oil in different areas to resolve the risk of secondary water environmental disasters and ensure the safety of drinking water for residents on both sides of the lower reaches.

The picture shows that on the evening of the 14th, the central wing pioneer rescue team triumphed overnight after successfully completing the emergency rescue task.
